Refund & Cancellations Policy
At Beyond the Armor, we stand behind the quality and meaning behind every piece. If something doesn’t meet expectations due to an issue on our end, we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the standard timeframe.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
The item is misprinted, damaged, or defective
The package is lost in transit
To be eligible, a claim must be submitted:
Within 30 days of receiving your order (for damaged or defective items)
Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost shipments)
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please double-check our sizing guide before placing your order.
Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders shortly after they're placed, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations. If you need to make a change, please reach out within 1 hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
